Pauletta Hickerson Biography

Pauletta Hickerson aka "PercyMae Shalone" is an Actress, Christian Comedian and Writer. She has appeared in numerous stage, film and television productions.

She has shared the stage with some outstanding entertainers: legendary R&B singer Lenny Williams, Rap artist Kurtis Blow and R&B singer Keith Williams.

Pauletta’s film credits include appearances in: “Fruitvale Station”, “Straight Outta Oakland”, “Fear In Love” and “The Rapture”.

Some of her Television credits include appearances in: The Discovery Channel’s “I Almost Got-Away With It”, “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover” hosted by Wendy Williams and “Wives with Knives”

Pauletta has performed in numerous stage plays at the Black Repertory Group Theater which includes her latest role as Shirley Chisholm in “Unbought and Unbossed: A Shirley Chisholm Story”.

Giving all praises and honor to Jesus Christ who is her Lord and Savior, Pauletta dedicates all of her performances to her late mother Janice Bias.
